Self Pay Clients
~Clients who wish to pay out of pocket for their counseling are most welcome. Please inquire about the fee for service option.
~Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
~Appointment times are very important to keep, both for your treatment and others. I work hard to keep appointments starting and finishing on time to be courteous to you and the next client. Of course emergencies arise but because both of our time is valuable, I have a firm cancellation and no show policy (barring emergencies). I like to give clients One No-Show/Late Cancellation Courtesy Exemption. After the first time, If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notification (via email or phone), you will be required to pay a $125.00 fee at the beginning of your next scheduled appointment, this is always difficult, but it's a reminder that your confirmed time slot is valuable and it's important to let me know (barring emergencies) that you are going to have to cancel in a timely manner, This is also customary with others in my profession. This fee is not billable to insurance companies so therefore, it is your responsibility.
