This is not a guarantee that your insurance will cover your visits. Please check your eligibility and benefits for our patient psychotherapy to make sure you are covered. As a courtesy we will bill your insurance but it is each patient's responsibility to ensure proper authorization is obtained from their individual insurance company.  If you need help, do not hesitate to ask.

Please note –  If I need to appear in court for any reason, my fee is $150.00 per hour beginning from when I leave my office until I return to my office, not just time spent in the courtroom.

Please note that I can bill any insurance whether I am a Preferred Provider or not, that does not necessarily mean they will reimburse me, but I have the credentials to bill them. You will find my billing company, Therapy Practice Solutions, and my personal virtual assistant and biller, Meagan Peltier, extremely helpful in this area. Meagan can pre-authorize with your insurance company, will handle all insurance claims, discuss the financial issues with you and help in any way on that side of the house.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by callling your insurance carrier prior to your first visit and asking the following questions, if you need help with this, Meagan is happy to assist (253) 346-1622

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, choose not to use insurance, or simply pay "out of pocket" the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
